Jobsite manufactures 4 portable elbow bending machines are capable of producing 2″ x 3″, 3″ x 4″, 3″ round and 4″ round elbows for residential and commercial applications. Elbows can be produced from steel, aluminum or copper.
Hat Channel Roofing Machine
RHC and SG1 are portable metal roofing hat channel machines capable of producing a furring strip for residential and commercial metal roofing applications. Metal roofing hat channel can be produced using 26 to 20 gauge steel.
Snap Lock Roof Panel Machine
Snap Lock portable metal roofing panel machines are capable of producing 12 and 16 inch wide architectural snap lock (Nail Leg) style metal roofing panels for residential and light commercial applications. This machine forms continuous metal roofing panels for eave to ridge installation and its design eliminates the need for an additional fastener. Metal panels can be produced from steel, aluminum or copper.
Industrial Gutter Machine (7″ Industrial Gutter)
JS7 portable seamless gutter machines are capable of producing 7″, commercial grade, Box-Style gutter from steel or aluminum. JS7 standard features include a decoiler with adjustable friction brake, chain and gear driven forming rollers, rolling single reel support stand, one steel reel and a split blade cam style shear.
Half Round 6″ Gutter Machine
JS6-HR portable seamless gutter machines are capable of producing 6″, residential grade, half round gutter from steel, aluminum or copper. JS6-HR standard features include chain and sprocket driven roller dies, bolt-on double reel support stand, one reel and a hand operated shear.
6″ K-Style Gutter Machine
JS6 portable seamless gutter machines are capable of producing 6″, residential and light commercial grade, K-Style gutter from steel, aluminum or copper.
