Producing at 75 feet per minute, this is the fastest machine on the market. The newly engineered servo driven punch simultaneously advances and punches with precision accuracy as the material continually moves through the machine. Not only does this dramatically increase the speed of the machine, but also increases the life of the equipment.

Like always Jobsite equipment is able to run a large range of materials. This machine is capable of roll forming heavy gauge steel from 26 to 14 gauge.

The PS Series steel stud machines are controlled by a Bosch Rex Roth touch screen control and can support 380/460V, 3~/50/60Hz, 30 Amp. The machine is driven by Bosch Rex Roth servo motor main drive allowing precision accuracy and control. This state-of-the-art technology allows the user to easily program, via touch screen control, 1 piece to 10,000 pieces at lengths from 3” and up within 1/32” accuracy. The Jobsite Stud and Track Roll Forming machines can be setup to interface with the Vertex BD Software.

Each machine comes equipped with sliding safety covers which will disengage the machine when opened and comply with OSHA safety standards. Emergency stop switches are located at each end and safety stack lights on the machine and decoiler indicates equipment in or out of operation.

For long life, the machines are engineered with the highest structural integrity and all the forming rollers are Ion Nitrided 4130 hardened rollers.
