The PS800 in-plant machine for roll forming steel studs and track used in floor, wall, and truss framing. This machine can form studs or track from 3 5/8” to 8” with 26 to 14 gauge steel. Stud & track kit options allow forming of 1 5/8” and 2 1/2” members. Also to increase productivity the optional dimpling and pre-punching unit can be added.

The Jobsite PS800 12 gauge steel stud machine roll forms steel stud and track members for use in wall, floor and truss framing. The 12 gauge machine produces stud & track members from 3 5/8″ (92.1mm) to 8″ (203.2mm) widths and 20 gauge through 12 gauge. This machine has had all the internal parts, shear and punch system upgraded to handle thicker 12 gauge material.

This Jobsite PS800 Drywall machine forms studs that use approximately 20% less material than the standard studs. PS800-light gauge type Steel Stud Roll forming Machine makes the profile per the sketch to the left. This machine roll forms 3 5/8″ and 6″ Studs in a nonstructural type profile. This machine is capable of roll forming steel from 30 to 24 gauge.

The PS1200 in-plant machine for roll forming steel studs and track is used in floor, wall, and truss framing. This machine can form studs or track from 8” to 12” with 26 to 14 gauge steel.

This Panel Framing Table is equipped with two Semi-Automatic Drill Gun Carriages that operate independent of each other. Each Drill Carriage slide freely on its rail and is both, electrical and pneumatically driven by a push of a button.

The Jobsite Stud Shear is a portable self-contained moveable unit, that can be use at a building site, to shear different size studs and track, (3 5/8” – 6” and 8” studs and track) to a specific length and adjusted to different angles. (The angle adjustment starts at 90 degrees, and can be adjusted in 7 ½” degree increments up to a 45 degree angle cut).
